This Shipping Policy is part of the Terms and Conditions of POCO BEBO, S.L., located at C/ Pau Casals, 3, 08830 Sant Boi de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain. By placing an order in our online store, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Processing and Shipping

POCO BEBO products are made on demand and shipped via our logistics partners. Orders are processed and shipped from the nearest available fulfillment center (for example, Europe, the USA, or other international facilities) to reduce shipping times and costs. In some cases, orders may be split into multiple shipments.

 

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and may vary depending on the customer's location and order volume. These times are indicative and not guaranteed. POCO BEBO is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as carrier delays, customs holds, or force majeure events.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before completing the purchase. Occasionally, POCO BEBO may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly announced on the website or social media.

4. International Shipping and Customs

We ship internationally to countries where our logistics partner Printful operates. Orders placed outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages

If the customer provides an incorrect or insufficient address, the shipment will be returned the originating logistics center. The customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs once a valid address is confirmed. Unclaimed packages returned may be donated to charity after 30 days in accordance with our policy.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your shipment status.
